We have two services called “Direct to Bank” that would be able to facilitate sending funds to your account. Both services require the customer to be registered.
Direct to Bank Service requires:
- Customer would have to call each time a transfer is sent and authorize us to send the funds to their account.
- Processing time for upload to customer’s bank account are 10:00am, 12:00pm, 2:00pm and 4:00pm Monday-Friday (any Western Union money transfer processed after 3:40pm Friday will not be processed the next business day).
Direct to Bank/Cash to Account:
This will facilitate sending your funds directly to your account without the customer having to call us; however, you will have to provide your banking information to the sender. This includes:
- Bank Name
- Bank Branch Code
- Bank Account Number
NB: The processing time remains the same as above
